Works start tomorrow. The surrounding area has been informed.

But how do you keep a letter up to date?

Works Map

Communicating current works and disruption to the immediate surroundings.

The schedule changes, the map changes with it — no second letter, no outdated announcement.

The Works Map shows where work is taking place, what disruption is expected, and how far along the work has progressed — per location, always current. If the schedule changes, it is updated and anyone who has signed up automatically receives a notification. Someone living at the start of the street sees different disruption from someone at the end; the map makes that distinction without everyone receiving the same generic message.

Currency

Update rather than resend.

Reach

Notification with every change, before it is too late.

Specificity

Relevant disruption per location, not generic for the whole street.
