The schedule is ready. Sequence, timeline, phasing.

But when is whose turn, and with what disruption?

Schedule Map

Communicating the phasing and progress of a project to the surroundings.

What a schedule on paper cannot do — show per location when, and with what disruption.

The Schedule Map shows the phasing of the project on the map — per phase, per location, with timeline. A business owner sees when the works reach their premises and how long they last; someone living further away sees when it will reach their street. Each phase includes an explanation: what is happening, what equipment will be used, what disruption goes with it. At the transition to a new phase, anyone who has signed up automatically receives a notification.

Preparation

Knowing well in advance what is coming, no surprises.

Understanding

Works and equipment explained per phase, once and clearly.

Specificity

Relevant schedule per location, not the full list.
